You don't have to count calories, but calories are still the ultimate dictator of fat mass. Having a general idea of our macro intake and slowly reducing this helps the process tenfold.

Fasting can help reduce how much we eat over the day tho. For me, I eat until up until midnight most days, but don't eat until around 12-2 om the next days.
