Very interesting and frankly not surprising. People are too caught up on what foods are 'bad' - because artificial sweeteners, or because it's meat, or whatever. What people forget is calorie intake is ultimately what controls how much body fat we carry. The more body fat we carry (obviously not talking people sub 15% bf, the more of a health risk we become.
