There's a few variables here.

High intensity cardio regularly will affect our ability to build muscle through fatigue. This comes down to how much cardio you're doing and for how long. There's definitely some trade-off here with recovery.

On the other hand, 30 minutes of low to medium intensity cardio a day shouldn't impact our ability to build maximal muscle.
