Stop over complicating weight loss.
You're trying to argue against the majority of the science that actually exists.
Total calorie consumption and activity level governs whether we lose or gain body fat.
And, the laws of thermodynamics are absolute.
What you eat can effect your health, but it doesn't directly dictate our body weight.
Calories do.
Coming onto someone else's post to spam your own content is a bit bullshit huh.
