I'm 180 odd pounds, around 15% bf. I have my first meal at midday which is only 20 grams. Most of my protein comes in the evening, before and after my workout. I only consume around 120 grams a day, which sits around the 0.6-.7 grams of protein per point of bodyweight, which science tell us is all we need to optimise muscle growth
