Going a bit far calling this the best. Barbell overhead press is superior to dumbbells for progressive overload. There's a lot of chest volume (8 sets), and only 3 sets on triceps. Triceps need variation to hit all these heads. Should be dips, or a close grip bench press at least.

Pull day has no rear deltoid or traps exercises...
