Creatine will do very little in a month besides contribute to a fluctuation in water weight. Creatine supplementation might help increase muscle by 5-10% in the long run. An experienced lifter might gain .5-1 kg a year of muscle mass. Therefore, creatine will contribute to around 25-100 grams of muscle gain in a calendar year. Strength should also increase by about the same percentage.
