Appreciate it Devsomesh. RPE is indeed a great way to try and measure our intensity. I discuss it in great depth here: https://medium.com/in-fitness-and-in-health/optimise-your-workout-with-rpe-b85316a0524b But of course, we need to experience failure to try and recognise when we are 1-3 reps short. Easier said than done, but a good guide none the less.
