All in moderation. I enjoy fruity yoghurt, muesli and protein bars daily. Protein bars are actually a really good option most of the time. Saying they're mostly comparable to a Snickers isn't really true. You can buy many at the supermarket, chemist or supplement store that have 20 grams of protein and fewer than 5 grams of fat and carbs. A pretty good ratio and helps us to hit our protein macros. I have a piece of fruit and a protein bar for breakfast at midday and don't eat again until 4 pm with my pre gym meal, which is muesli and yoghurt.
