99.9% people should eat a nutritious diet full of fruit, vegetables, and other sources of carbs. Carbs are the body's preferred energy source. There's more than twice as many calories in fat, therefore we can eat more food on a high carb diet, helping keeping us satiated. It's a stupid idea to push keto as a mainstream diet, because the simple fact is it's hard to eat nutritious foods and its unsustainable for the majority of us.
