Andrew Wiggins has never been an All-Star, let alone a starter, but came in third in fan voting after a strong season with Golden State.
The selection of Wiggins has led to the system for choosing players for the All-Star game coming into question.
The fan vote accounts for 50% of the total vote to determine the All-Star game starters and current players and media members split the other 50%.
